My wife kept her original last name. Any precautions before filing for her GC?

Hello all,
I'm a US citizen. My wife is an F1 student. We have been married for about a year. She decided to keep her original last name after the marriage. We are about to file for her GC. Do we have to do anything differently as far as filling all the forms?

Nothing different, they don't care. I never changed my name either. Got my GC with my maden name in it.
 
Same here

My wife also kept her maiden name because it was a big time hassle to change her name in all the documentation from our country. We calculated that to make the name change it was going to end up costing around $300.00 We can use that money in other things that are more needed.
 
If she changes her mind in the near future it would be better for you guys to wait till after the whole AOS process is complete...better but not required
