My wife got her FP 5monthes back, iam still waiting

My RD is July 2001 and my wife got her FP in DEC 2001. I am the primary
and iam still waiting. I spoke to an IIO last month, and she said she will schedule mine and it should reach me in two weeks, but its 2 months since then no track of FP. Its Texas INS.Any body under same situation.

What did the IIO said

Hi Radha when you called what did the IIO said. Even my attorney sent a request to INS TEXAS. I am thinking of callling INS some time this week.

I am in the same boat with PD 1999, EB3, my RD is July and ND is Aug 2001. I have not recieved a FP. After your comments, I shall ask my attorney to contact TSC

she told me to wait 30to 60days. i told her people with my dates were all reschduled for FP. she said with the same dates. i said yes.we called our lawey to procede with the case.
