My wife got FP notice, I have not recieved

AP Received - Jan 15 2001
EAD not yet received
my wife received FP -- date Mar 16 2001
I have not yet received... Is this an usual case?
or should I contact my lawyer?

You are not alone. My ND oct 3 00, wife got FP for nov. 28th on nov 15th and i got mine for feb 10th in last week of jan. i went through your situation and found that many people are in the same boat. INS is good in that. i called the iio and she was surprised since mine was the riding file (ie., primary file). things to do:
1. You can wait a few day till ur wife\'s apt, then call iio
2. in the meantime, check with lawyer. sometime INS might just mail it to the attorney - like me, did not get original but just the courtesy copy which attorney forwarded to me.
