My uncle wants to visit USA

Hello,
My uncle in India wants to come and visit us here in USA,
I want advice what papers should he take to the US embassy,
he has no intention to stay in USA, he is old around 55 or more years old
He has his business in India with lots of property and bank balance and he has many employees working for him at his factory
my dad can't visit India due to his status here so my uncle wants to come and visit him here, they haven't meet each other for around 11 years.
please suggest me something that I can suggest my uncle, so that he will get visa to come and visit us here in US.
should I send him some letter or something to show the US embassy in India or something
please suggest something strong

If your father is here illegally, it could certainly reflect poorly on your uncle's application.

Other than that, he should self sponsor with the usual paperwork.

no way my dad is illegal, he is under H1 visa, he cannot travel, can you please tell me what is usual paperwork

Apart from the required forms, your uncle can use any documents that prove his strong financial and social ties to India.
