I know this person.
Ajay country is India and EB2 catagory. He got RFE beacuse his company was bought out by another company and NSC raised question of Gap in H-1 due to this change over.Case seems complicated but he got through.

RFE: about gap in H-1 due to company being taken over (not once but twice - first MIS; Then MIS purchased by Compuware; then Kelly purchased engineering division of Compuware.

But it all worked out.
