My Turn to describe the RFEs

GOt my RFEs from my lawyer
Both my wife and I received RFEs.

My RFEs
1. Medicals as I have not done it earlier
2. Copy of photo identification(I dont why they need this any ideas)
3. All my I-20AB/I-20ID(I went to school here ) but I know we have i 20s but does not make sense what I-20AB/I-20ID are meant.
4. Prospective employer employer and job duties as usual

Spouse RFE
1.Medical as she has not done it before
2.And to prove that my wife is my wife

For your photo ID, you'd better provide ID page and renewal page, in ENLARGED and COLOR copy, of your passport.

For your marriage certificate, make sure you request "CERTIFIED" marriage license, or if it is from your home country, the most official copy that bear some official's seal/signature.

For Photo ID you can attach 3 documents

1 Color copy of Driver's Licence (Generally 150% magnification). Take the copies at Kinko's because they have the best paper and printer.
2. Color copy of EAD card (same 150% magnification).
3. Color copy of Passport Identitiy Pages ( 125% magnification)

To Prove Marriage

1. Marriage Certificate Copy
2. Joint Tax Returns
3. Lease aggreement...(if your wife's name is added on the lease) or Mortgage Documents if you own your house.


I think these documents should be fine.
