As to the online information, my and my wife's cases were approved yesterday. Thanks everybody in the forum. This is a fantastic forum. Hope everybody gets lucky.
The following is my info:
140 EB1-b(OR), ND 04/28/2003, and AD 08/13/2003
485 ND 06/09/2003,
RFE 02/01/2005, RFE for EVL, non-immigration and employment documents. I changed my job at the begining of 2005. That's why they asked new EVL. They noticed that my H1B transfered to the new employer.
I used AP to come back from China. AP didn't invalidate my H1B, since my H1B got successfully transfered, and now my 485 got approved without AP/H1B problem
