Hi There,
As I can see, you have good experience on TN Visa. Below is my case in detail. My plan is to wait for WES evaluation and modify my resume and Job description more comparable to CSA (Computer Systems Analyst) not DBA (Database Administrator) then go to (Queenston-Lewiston) border again.
I have worked in the USA on an H1B visa for a period of three months as Indian Citizen in year of 2001. After that I immigrated to Canada and became Canadian Citizen.
Also got a TN visa in the year of 2007 as Canadian Citizen but actually did not go to USA for work.
Last month I got an offer from a US company and went to Queenston-Lewiston bridge for TN Visa stamping but I got refused the TN Visa. The CBS officer told me that my degree evaluation is very old and from 2000. He wanted me to re-evaluate my degrees, preferably from University of Toronto. I have applied for a new evaluation for my degrees from WES but it will take 4 to 5 weeks.
Since I had gotten a TN Visa from Niagara falls, Rainbow bridge in 2007 using the same evaluation of year 2000. So i tired to take another chance from Rainbow bridge using the same documents and denied again, this time time they gave me a letter and also added that, my duties and my experience matches with Database Administrator not CSA ( Computer Systems Analyst).
Here are my plan
1) Wait for WES evaluation paper
2) Ask employer to modify offer letter as per duties of CSA
3) Change my resume to include job title and experience as CSA
Is this going to work or there could be any problem ? you opinion would be highly appiciated
Thanks
Nadeem
