My take on NSC processing times

Processing times they have specified for NSC employment based applications suggest they are currently processing June 16th 2001...maybe this means it is the earliest application they are processing or the minimum date . They could also be processing october 2001 for all we know.

Here's my take on NSC processing time: I think they are processing applications received on and around June 15. Please note emphasis on 'received' which NSC which NSC often takes to be the ND.
