Well I finally got my I-130, I-485, and I-765 reciept notices in the male November 1. Five days later I got the biometrics appointment. For the I-765 it's december 1st 2005 while the I-485 it's December 28th 2005. That seems kind of redundent, to have two fingerprinting... I called USCIS and they said it's because of two seperate application...Is that so? Now this isn't the interview right? I just renewed my brazillian at the boston consulate today, that and the USCIS letters should be fine right? If my mom gets denied, do I also get denied? We recieved two seperate I-130, one in my name and one in hers. They were married when I was 17, I'm 18 now. Basicly is my application seperate from my mom's?

You can take both your appointment notices together on your first fingerprint appointment. They prefer doing both at a same time.
