My sister's visa is denied - Need Help

I am a GC holder and my mom is critically ill. I intend to bring my mom and my sis with me for few days with me. I applied for visitor visa for my sister in past for two times and it was denied both the times.

Need some guidance , insight and inputs how I can bring my sister at US for a couple of months.

Nothing we advise on this forum would sway a CO to grant a b2 visa. Your options are either for the sister to try again, or failing that, for you to visit your mother.
