My RFE says............

My RFE says "submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed Form I-140/I-360 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, duties to be performed, and renumeration. Submit your earnings statements for the last 2 months"

But my prospective(current) employer is different!!!!!!!! Not the one who filed for I-140. What should I do?

Was your RFE with the same wording "letterhead from your prospective employer who filed Form I-140/I-360 on your behalf"? OR was it different?

I applied I 485 on 18th Feb 2002 and got laid off on th Sep 2002
so I completed 180 days after filing I 485, it means its AC 21 case.
In my RFE INS asked me for Employment letter, this letter should have 4 things
1) Date of hire
2) Renumeration
3) Duties
4) Future Employment prospect

Thanks for the info. Did your lawyer send anything to prove that you were laid off after 180 days? Or just the new company documents?

This RFE is little complicated...........thinking of hiring a competent lawyer. When already wasted so much money....why not spend some more.........

hired sheela murthy attorney and she managed my stuff. I replied to RFE on april 13th, the website has been updated.
