My case has been approved on 09/10/2002 via AVM system, but I have not received approval letter yet. My details are followings:
My priority Date: 09/27/2000
Labor Certification approval at CSC: About October 2000
Company files I140 to VSC and waited for about 7 months to get approve, on May 2001
Company files I485 at CSC again and receipt date is: July 27 2001 and Notice date is: Sept.7 2001.
On Feb. 1st I was laid off by the company, it just passed 180 days from Receipt date. So it is ok according to AC21.
Finger Print was done on March 09 2002
On March 27 I started work at another company with silimar job description and the same salary
On June 24 I got RFE for employment letter, company finance tax forms, my pay stubs since I485 files, employment letters from all previous companies since I got H1B, us university transcripts, I140 approval notice and Lablor cetification approval forms. Anyway, ton of materials!!
On August 20, I filed RFE to INS
On August 23, AVM updated that they have received RFE
On August 25, I called INS and IIO said my case has been assigned
On Sept.10, From AVM I knew my case has been approved.
This is a very hard process for me to get GC. Anyway, it ends!
My another name is Sentil and in PCEE's list.
