I want to visit United States before I go to interview in June ! But,I'm afraid that if I can't get tourist visa , it will effect my DV process ??? Another question is that I received a job offer letter from my father's good friend who is the boss of chinese restaurant in Denver,Colorado.Do I need to inform KCC about that ? The last question is that do I need to take TOEFL result to enter US university as the US permanent resident ? Please answer me !!! Thank you !!!

No need to inform KCC, but bring the letter to the interview.

The last question is that do I need to take TOEFL result to enter US university as the US permanent resident ?

Every non native speaker need TOEFL or ILTS (ot accepted by all instittutions, check their website).
