Hi, gurus, I applied AOS through USC spouse in April 2005, now we've done interview in local office, but still waiting for my FBI name check to be cleared. I don't know when it will be done. At the same time, I have interviews for jobs lately, most of the jobs are out of this state but not too far away. I may get offer from companis in other state if things go smooth. But my husband probablily will stay in same place because of his job. I plan to fly back each weekend to stay with him if I get a job in the other state. Do you think if so, then I need to change my address with immigration office? I was afraid that if I change my address to another state, then my file will be transfered and then we may need to do interview again, since we will have different addresses then things may get complicated. Can I keep the same address even if I work in another state since my husband won't move and I'll fly back each weekend? Thank you!
