My pending AOS hurting my brother's non-immigrant visa application

OK so I was just wondering if me having a pending AOS might hurt the chances of my brother getting a tourist visa. Would they think he wants to come and stay here since I'm already applying to stay here permanently? Should he tell the officers in his interview that I am an F-1, a pending AOS or just leave it at 'i'm just going for my sister's graduation'?

Dont worry. His application would not depend on your current status. USCIS would trust his non-immigrant intentions rather than your current status.
