I guess you parents name should be on the BC.

Yup,this will be a problem - the BC needs to have the parents names on it. My wife got an RFE because of this reason. Make sure you get the names on the BC. Also make sure to avoid using initials and check to ensure that the spellings are consistent in all places.

My wife\'s BC was missing her mother\'s name. So, we got an affidavit from her father, since her mother is deceased, affirming the details on stamp paper.
