My parents just called me that they got visa from New Delhi

emabssy. The consular told them that they got visa and there passport will come through courier in 72 hours. After then my father asked them where to pay for visa issuance fee. He said that fee has been waived from yesterday onward.

I dont know how much is it true. DO you guys think there could be some issues. Please suggest.
