Hi,
My parents age is less than 65 hence they have to go for interview in delhi. They got visitor visa for only three months. did anyone else also got three months? can they reapply to extend it to atleast 6 months? how many months do immigration officer at JFK usually give on I94?
Another question if immigration officer give them 3 months on I94 then it will be more than their visa length.
