My ND is 11/2000 and I am still waiting. Why?

My RD: 10/2000, ND: 11/2000, PF: 3/2001.
I checked the message yesterday and it\'s still not approved.

I don\'t know why?
What should I do?

that way atleast you know whats going, though it wont get you immd results

Talk to your local Congressmen

Talk to your local congressmen, and ask them to inquire about your case. They are usually very good in dealing with INS.

This is my personal experience. I got approved last week. My RD was Aug 04 2000 and ND Sep 06 2000. I talked to my local congressmen on 10th of Dec, 2001, and mycase got approved on Jan 18, 2002.

GIve them a call .... it\'s worth trying.
