My Name Check Cleared After 9 Months...

I have sent an email on Oct 8th and I got reply on Dec 11th from FBI saying that my name check was never requested from USCIS. I have contacted my local congressman and they contacted USCIS recently and got the reply that my FBI name/DOB check remains pending.

So does this mean that USCIS has recently requested my name check ? Any thoughts ......

format is same..put primary applicant and dependent info on one page

You can just send one email and in that you can mention details about the entire family. If you search in the forum on Name Check Format, you will find number of threads and still if you didn't find one, send me a PM and I will send one to you.

I am trying to think -ve scenarioa just to help you to make a decision.

It also means that USCIS thinks that the request has been sent to FBI and waiting for response but FBI thinks that they never received the response. i.e, Some where the security check request is lost. I have seen a case like that before.

That's exactly what has happened in my case and I am thinking of various options to act now.

If you know about similar case, please let me know the link and I will try to see if I can get any useful info.
