My N400 in process, now GC for Spouse & Mother

If all goes well, I would clear N400 by Nov'12.

Spouse currently on H1-B. When is the earliest that I can apply for her GC?

Mother 67+ yrs old and only surviving parent. Under what provision can I apply for her GC and when is the earliest that I can apply?

The day you take your oath, you can sponsor both for GCs. Both will be considered immediate relatives.
