My Lud Changed Today

i called up uscis about my change of address 2 days ago . she told me i must always call even though i notified them by form a11 .
i noticed my case status LUD was changed today but message left the same.
i asked her when are they going to approve me? she told me that they are proccessing 2003 august now . i asked her what will happen if i contact congreessman or senator ? she answered do what u wanna do!!! :rolleyes:
 
Same time line as you, and after i got approved, my son got approved notice yesterday. so you will get good news in several days. :p

in my case i have LUD changed but not a message . i think it is just a change of adress . i am sure they will not approve it . they will send me notice of action about of change of adress
had your lud and on line message changed at the same time ?

YES, SAME TIME CHANGED THE MESSAGE FOR GETTING THE NOTICE IN 30 DAY. I HOPE YOU WILL GET IT COMING WORK DAY.

my I-485 was received / june 2003

Adjustment of Status for Asylees

The Service is receiving between 25,405– 43,881 applications per year. Consequently, as of April 30, 2006, approximately 112,985 asylee adjustment applications were pending. We anticipate that we will process pending applications according to the following schedule:
Date Received (Mail Date) Timeframe to be Processed
On or before January 1, 2003 September 30, 2006
June 1, 2003-March 31, 2007 September 30, 2007
On or after April 1, 2007 Within 6 months of receipt

my advice is to try to relax as much as you can. I know some people are getting it early (especially if they are processed in texas - nebraska processing is slower); it is very frustrating. i was worried about this for a long time; then i tried to relax about it, and i finally got approved - the "green" has not arrived though.
