I asked her if I should call the INS and she (her paralegal), called INS to inquire and also updated my new address :)

We have heard so many bad things about lawyers that we dont give them credit for the good things. I have had every single query answered within 2 hours!

Since this is Mr.Khanna's site I shouldnt include her name but if anyone wants to know send me a PM.

Anyway about my case... INS still thinks that its within the normal range and hence no special action will be taken

PatienceGC - Please add your RD/ND please to your signature. It helps to know what is "normal time range" for INS. Probably I can get your from one of your earlier posts but don't want to take that extra trouble :) Do u work in the City( NYC ). Lot of Valhalla people work there
 
patienceGC, are you serious your ND is 01/12/02, if that's the case, it may explain your delay. I believe INS uses some kind of RD/ND (more focus on ND) combination logic to process cases. That's why we see some early Nov RD get approved since they have ND 052-059 (Dec 1-10 2001) ranges. and INS is reportedly processing ND Dec 01 2001 cases.

I agree with the fact that there are always some good eggs. In the
immigration lawyers case, I believe most of them are just crooks. Why don't we take a quick poll?
