My labor certification bas been substituted for other guy! Need advice please help!

Hi Friends,
Sorry my English is not good first
I need some suggestion. I found am employer substituted my labor certification to other name. And my Lawyer has been file I-140 with this guy name to INS. They didn’t tell me anything until today I call my lawyer, and then he told me this true.

Now I feel so angry because I paid the all cost, I paid lawyer fee, employer document fee, newspaper AD fee, how can they do like this?

Now, how can I do? Sue this company? Ask all cost back? Anyway complain my lawyer? How to tell INS this is fraud? Thanks in advance.

Are you still with the same employer? If no, there is nothing you can do.
 
yes ,same employer,but I never work for him ,we just deal if LC has been approved,I need pay him another 2500 dollars for file i-140, and I need pay another 2500 dollars to my lawyer.but he grab my all hope now.
 
can I complain my Lawyer Conduct ? because I pay money to him,and he file other guy's i-140 to INS without notice me.

please help.
