my kid is in INDIA....my 485 pending

How can I bring him here...he 10yrs old....

Can i have him " Follow to join" - first bring him here on visitor's VISA....or can I apply for her GC while he is there....

I guess, you have to file follow to join, Consular processing abroad and you need file before you get approved here. You might want to consult lawyer for advise, which is right option.

After my approval.....If i call him here on VISITOR VISA and file for GC....how long will it take........?

Your background stated has little info to give a clear answer.

If you have a H1, you could bring him here on H4. Then add him to your 485 appl.

The other option is to do a "follow to join" appl at the nearest US embassy/consulate after your GC approval.

I'd go for the H4 option is available.

For follow to join consular processing, it should not take much time compare to 485 wait here, which is average 2 yrs.

It will always better if you add ur dependents during ur 485 process otherwise the wait is very longer for family based GC.

Dallas will be implementing pilot GC program for family based GC and they will process within 90 days, you might want to check that out but CP follow-to-join is best option now.
