Here is my interview summery received the following letter “this office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issue a visa to you because you have been found inlieible to recive a visa under the following sections of the immigration act the information contained in the paragraph marked with X pertain to your visa application .please disregard the unmarked paragraph(s) .
X section 221(g) which prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application dose not comply with the provisions of the immigration act or regulations issued pursuant thereto. The following remarks apply in your case:
US address
Completed immum. Form
Complete physical examination “:( :(

My statement bank got large deposite which is an amount of money I got from sailing a piece of land in my home country , I noticed this information was mentioned in the case summery but the officer did not tick with x mark on public charge paragraph

The officer asked to complete the above mentioned and send hem to her office along with passport
I need your comments

Refusal under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act means that essential information is missing from an application.

Further Documentation for 221(g)
Often 221g indicates that you need to submit more documentation to bolster the information you have already provided. You will be informed at the time of your application/interview what further information is required and be given a chance to resubmit your application.

seems like 221(g) refusal is temporary and you must further prove whatever they did not have enough proof of or you must provide additional documents that are missing if you did not make a proper application?

So,
1. Did you provide a U.S. address?
2. Did you complete and submit an immunization form?
3. Did you get a physical examination from an approved doctor and submitted the it?

There must be some kind of a problem with these 3 things. Answer my questions to give us more information.

You need to collect an address (either any one you know, you can change once you will be in USA)
You should complete medicals and immunization before your interview, I belive all people who apperas for interview complete all requirements, anyway they give you some time , so before going to the interview MUST complete all the info they asked you to do! This is simple!

i went to the embassy yesterday and submitted the medical report plus us address…

The officer told me to wait until they finish processing the application …and if they call me they will ask for the passport for the visa..and if they did not call till 1st of September I had to come to the embassy and incase they could not process my application till the end of September my application will be cancelled ..moreover she said the visa is not guaranteed

Today morning same officer phoned me and asked me about some points which is not clear for her (what I was doing between 1999/2000) and I said to her that I was in Saudi Arabia with my parents and I was searching a job there and I am living there legally … :( :o :(
