Interview and Oath done today. Became a US citizen 09/30/09.
My interview was scheduled for 9am but got the at 8:15. I was called for the interview at 8:30, which lasted for about 30mins. She went through everything and asked for Selective Service proof(gave internet print out), asked if i owe taxes and I said yes but have an installment plan with IRS(showed proof). She asked about traffic violation(didn't mention on N-400 form but told her I've had a few). Then she asked if I paid them(said yes). Then she asked for proof of residency dating back 90days before I filled the application since my DL had an issue date for sept.09(lost it and replaced). As I was going through the documents that I had, she told me to give her all the documents. I had an MVA records in there showing " Failed to show up in court suspension" and "followed by suspension withdrawn". She then asked me to bring a court deposition showing I have no pending cases and a bill dating 90days before I submitted the aplication before 2pm or wait to receive a letter requesting for those documents. So I drove back home, went to the district court to pull up any court cases on me(there was none) and got the bill statements. Went back around 1pm to submit the requested documents. Less than an hr latter she came back and asked me if i could take the oath today and i said Yes.
