Hello All,

Thanks for this wonderful forum as it helped me a lot in perparing for the Interview although some people's views also used to make me tense if my application would be denied.

I passed today at Chicago DO.

The whole Interview lasted only 20 min. Started of with the ciivcs test and then went through the N 400 Application.

I was tensed about about my long trips and not being in USA for the whole last year. Since Last November till to date i have been like 145 days, 143 days, 29 days and 61 days away from USA till todate and i had a total of 9 trips and 500 days out of USA.

I was not asked for anything no documents etc like Tax, Resident Proof etc I was living at my Brother's residence since 2004. I went with lot of documentation but nothing was asked and i was approved and given an Oath date of Jan 4th 2010.

I had to live outside for the whole of last year as my Wife and small kid were living alone in Australia and all these Trips were from Australia and just waiting to take Oath and update my Family's I 130.

That is all and Once again thanks for all the members of this Forum who were giving most valuable advice.

I would also be Gratefull if some one who had applied for a US Passport in Chicago let me know where is the regional US Passport office Address in Chicago Where we can Get the Same Day US Passport after 4th Jan and would like to travel back to my family.
