Hello everybody,
Sorry for the late response, Actually i was waiting for my papers. The scenario of mine starts like this. I intended to travel to USA from my present company to my client's company. It was a deal between my present company and my clients company to send a person on H1-B to take care of their projects done by us, also to be employed to them. By god's grace i got selected for that position and our client filed my Visa, appeared for the interview in the consulate. I appeared for the interview on Oct 18th. Let me start my experience in consulate from conversation with VO.
me: Good Afternoon sir,
VO: Good Afternoon, How are you?
me: I am fine, How about u?
VO: fine, Can i have your folder pls.
(I passed my folder to him)
After staring at the system for about 10 mins.
VO: You have intended to travel to US in the month of *****, petitioner as your client and right now you are for H1-B for the same petitioner.
me: yes sir. ( I also explained him all the above i typed before the conversation)
VO: Ok thats good, Can i see your degree certificate?
(I Passed him my degree certificate)
me: Here sir.
VO: So you are basically from Electronics & Instrumentation Background right?
me: yes sir, but i have good experience in computer, attained more than 5 certifications, working as a Team Lead right now.
VO: Thats good. Can I see your employment history?
(I passed my employment history file)
me: Here sir.
After 10 to 15 mins of silent. Took a 221g form and started ticking all things on the employer side. Actually i was expecting him to ask the document but he didn't. But without asking for any other documents he directly pulled the 221g and marked here and there. I stopped him immdtly and said,
me: My employer has given me a confidential document which should be oppenned by you and here it is.
He went through the documents thoroughly for about 20 mins
VO: Do u have any other documents
me: Yes sir, I have photographs of my work place in USA. Here it is.
He took a close look over all the documents and said. He was quite for about 15 mins
VO: Your documents and your petitioner documents really found to be neat but pls provide with 1) Notarized copy of ---something i don't remember-- 2) unemployment wage report. and drop in the Drop box facility of VFS, your case will be closed soon as soon as you get the documents from your petitioner.
But both the things are already there. I dont want to say anything. I really know that he dont want to issue me 221g, as he pulled out the form he asked me for simple report which i was having already.
me: I will get you sir. Thank you sir

I contacted my petitioner and showed my 221g, there were "X "marks for all the documents of employers section, "-" in some of the cases, "." for the documents i need to produce. I scanned and sent my form to my petitioner. My petitioner contacted the attorney and he said to drop all the mandatory things of the employer side.
I got the papers from my petitioner on Nov 16th and submitted to VFS on Nov 17th. In VFS they said, the process would take 5 to 10 days, But till now i haven't received my passport or any update on VFS website. Once i called VFS and they said it has been given to consulate on Nov 20th.
This job is my dream and this is what the reason i really worked hard for long days in my life. I have also burned my personal life and time with my friends & family, shed ed blood to attain this stage. Only one way god has to help me. I am sharing my pain with you all as my friend. P ls don't mistake me, its my emotion.
Kindly help me on this situation.
