05-06-2006 : Welcome letter received
05-08-2006 : Online update 5pm – On May 6, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Congratulations, yours went pretty fast. Only 7 months in total. I thought most cases in NYC take 2-3 years, just to get a green card.
