My I485 case transferred to Seattle INS

Any Idea What it means. When can i expect a response and what kinda response ??

Details : RD 10/2000
          ND 11/2000
          FP 3/2001
          RFE 11/2001
          reply to RFE 12/2001
          transferred to Seattle 1/2002 (both mine and wife\'s)
          (i got to know about this from AVM).
          (my address chnaged two months back not sure
           what mail i missed, bcoz of that).
