Did you call the FBI field office? Is that the local office?

Here is FBI email Id: FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov for name check. I have not called FBI field office, But I wrote mail along with all my supporting documents requesting them to help on Name checl. After a month got call from local field office. She told me that my name check was cleared. I have also contacted my local congress women, She contacted USCIS first then contacted FBI, She forwarded all email transcripts to me. I am not sure who helped.

Hi Skapa,

When you contacted your local congressman, did they contact FBI directly to followup on your case? Or did they just contact USCIS and left it there..

I have also contacted my local congress women, She contacted USCIS first and updated me the status from them. Then her office contacted FBI and forwarded all email transcripts to me.

I have received another 5 set of email for each, 3 from CRIS & 2 from USCIS regarding my cards mailed and yesterday evening itself I have received Cards.
