My I485 approved.

Base on your signature, did you wait 5 months more when your priority dates becomes current?

Do you think I will wait also for 5 more months, for my I485 approval?

There is no definitive rule, My I485 suppose to approve on May; I came to know that I was stuck in Name check; Then Visa numbers unavailable for EB2. I am current once again in Nov and my case was approved in 2nd Nov.

Thanks santa4u. On Oct'28 I have received 5 email (3 from CRIS & 2 from USCIS), But those are not approval. Later I came to know that lot of members got same emails like me due to some changes into USCIS updates. I have contacted local congress women and also FBI field office and wrote couple emails to FBI. I don't know which one has helped me.

Enjoy ur freedom! Can you please share the FBI email address with us? I am one of the Oct 28th LUD people waiting on namecheck clearance.
Did you call the FBI field office? Is that the local office?

Hi Skapa,

When you contacted your local congressman, did they contact FBI directly to followup on your case? Or did they just contact USCIS and left it there..
