My I485 approved

My I485 got approved and stamped in the passport.
I have no problem in travelling.

For my wife, finger print done, I485 still pending.
When we apply for AP, it was denied.

For my son, we still have not received the approval.
But, for AP, it was denied, stating that 485 was approved.


In this situation, can our family travel?
Do you think, attorney can help ?

Any suggestion for a attorney in the Bay Area.

Did you have any LUD on 485 before approval ?
 
congrats. can you pls let us know your filing dates ? I helps others in
forums to guess proecssing trends in CSC.
 
04/25/2002 =I485 Receipt date
There was a RFE. My attroney did not responded.
INS closed my I485 with denial.

Then I apply for motion
01/10/2005: I485 processing resumed.
04/06/2005: I485 approved.

INS didn't update my wife's and son's application
That was the confusion.

Now that they resumed processing for my wife & son.
Since the recent I485 processing was not updated, they denied AP.
