I have not done anything to avoid delays and I have not received any RFE except for this Strange message.
"on feb 8, we recd ur response to our request for evidence or information...it is taking between 365 - 540 days for us to process this kind of case but since the premilinary processing was over before we requested additional material the remaining processing time is approx 540 days..u will receive a written decision on this case"
I did not respond to any RFE.When I called INS they told me that its a mistake and my case is with the immigration officer.
