My I140 & I485 detail

Concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485..
RD - 09/13/2002
ND - 09/30/2002

EAD AD - 12/23/2002
FP Done on - 11/08/2002
I140 AD - Not done...


By the end of March-2003, my I-140 & I-485 will be filed more than 180 days. Can I change job or I better stay with my current company until I140 gets approved? Thanks
