I140 AD 04/2004

I485 ND 11/2003 or 12/2003
1st FP 09/14/2004

Is INS processing I485 based on I140 RD/ND? Hope so. :)

but think I have been asked to FP for 3 times, with expired 2nd FP but without the approval

if u think ur company isent stable, why not switch jobs using
AC-21? ur 485 is already > 180 days old from its RD.

I know how you feel, man.
I have a similiar situation.
Changing job sometimes complicates things.
But you have to do what you need to do.

Just got approved a couple of weeks ago. Already did the stamping last week.

Went to do FP2 since my wife's case is still pending.
They refused to do FP2, since it is too close to FP1.
 
One simple theory... That I have learnt from this GC experience....

It's all luck.. If luck favors you might get the GC tomorrow. So please stop worrying and be happy!
