My I-485 approved today! (Amended I-140 approved on 28th Nov\'00)

My details are:
Category : EB3
Country : India
PD : March 96
ND : June 99
FP : April 2000
RFE : Sep last week (Amended I-140 for company name change)
RFE response sent on first week of October
RFE approved on 28th November.
I-485 approved on 6th December.

Congratulations!!!!could you please post your EAC# for amended I-140. I also applied during the same peroid and still waiting for I-485 approval

PD 9/97
I-485 RD and ND 4/99 and 5/99
FP done 3/00
RFE for I-140 redo(EAC 01 003 xxxxx) on 9/8/00, replied on 9/28, RD 10/5, AD 11/30 per AVM(still waiting for approval receipt from INS)

Still waiting for I485 for approval

My I-485 got approved one week after my Amended I-140 approval.
So, you should get your I-485 approval in 2-5 days. Good Luck!

I did not send a copy of my Amended I-140 approval to INS.
Actually, my attorney filed Amended I-140 in response to my RFE.
So there is no need to send approval copy to INS.
Has your message changed in AVM for I-485?
You will get the approval soon.

Kavita,Even my lawyer sent I-140 in response to RFE and my I-140 was approved on 11/30 as per AVM. AVM message for I-485 has also changed to response received on 11/22. I am still waiting for I-485 approval
