My I-485 AOS Interview at NYC...

Hey can you please tell me what your case status says now. After the interview what is the case status on the USCIS website and how many LUD did you get after your interview? One more thing can you tell me what the case status said before your interview in NYC. Your right the Lady seem cold and I hope things work out, but please let me know what the case status is now and before yopu went to the interview.

My online status never changed from before or after the interview which is why I'm pissed off. Talk about NO information/communication. :mad:

My last update date for my I485 has remained Feb 14 (5 days after my interview)
 
USC Spouse NYC Timeline & required Docs

Hi Guys

Can you please tell me what all Documents you need to submit for applying a Green Card as a spouse of US citizen?

I got my I-130 approved thru VSC. I am going apply for my I-485 at theNYC Federal Plaza Office.

My questions are:

1. Do I need to submit the medical exam with the I-485 or at the time of interview?

2. Will I need to submit an affidavit of support at this time or at interview?

Can you please post you timeline here for NYC Office as on the USCIS website it says they are processing cases dated Dec 2002 wheres I know employment based petitions being processed are dated July 2004.

Please help. I am so lost.

Well..it happened...May 13th. I got my 2 year conditional green card in the mail. There was no approval notice, just the green card.

I'm so happy
 
interview got canceled and has to be reschedule

My receipt was September 2002 and I got an appointment for June 2005. So you shoud get a notice in about 2 months. :)

does anyone have their I485 interview canceled by INS and the case status says they will inform you if your interview is reschedule? Please share your experience.
