MY I-140 is just approved!

Hi All,
Today I check my email, got a email from USCIS, saying my I-140 is approved on Aug/31st/2004.

My case:

Labor Substitution
I-140: RD: 03/11/2003 (Approved on Aug/31st/2004)

I-485: RD: 04/25/2003 (still Pending, recently there're lots of cases that 140 and 485 are approved together, hoping my I485 will get approved soon)
Finger Print: 06/17/2003 (will expire soon)

I'm Master in Computer Science (So I think I belong to EB-2, right?)
My Lawyer sent an inqury to TSC last month, and no response.
And last month I also sent a fax to TSC talking about my finger print will expire soon, requesting TSG to expedite my case. (I don't know this fax helped or not, at least we need try)

Hoping I-485 will get approved soon and good luck for all of us!

Only one time LUD change, that is the date of receiving my case, after receiving my case, there's no any LUD change.
