Wanted to share the good News....Got the USCIS email just now that my I-140 got approved. Below are my details,

140/485 RD....12/12/2003
140 AD ....01/31/2005
485 AD....??????
Priority Date: 05/2002 (affected by Retrogression)

I-140 Approved

According to the USCIS Online message, my I-140 has been apporved today.
Here are my details
EB3 PD- 4/03 AD -09/03
I140/I485 - RD Jan 22 '04
2nd EAD - RD 11/31/04 AP 1/31/05
I140 - AD 2/2/05
I485 - Loooong wait ahead

abalusu, congratulations on your I-140 approval. You may get I-485 approval soon. NSC progresses to Jan 04 cases.

Receipt Date: 12/04/03
Approval Date: 02/02/05

I485 receipt date (spouse & myself): 01-14-04
EAD & AP (spouse & myself) : 1st renewal approved.
waiting on i485 approval
