my I-140 EB-1 A got approved

Can you please refere to your Eb1-EA approval notice and tell if you were given the same priority dated as what was given to your previously approved NIW petition.

No. The priority date is the date when they accept you application, which should recieve date RD.
 
I think you should contact them back and ask them to assign you the priority date of your old NIW... as per the Michael A. Pearson memo of May 9, 2000...
