Guys, Finally my long wait is over., my american dream is cherished.
I got my GC approval yesterday.
I know many of you are still waiting for approvals. Looks like INS is now sending approvals for March to April Notice dates. Wish all of you would get your approvals soon. I would like to share my information with you.

RIR: EB2, INDIA

FP:9/20/01 (was scheduled for 3rd week of OCT)

got letter

In fact I was not checking the AVM thinking that my approval would take more time. I was planning to check the AVM some time next month, but lucky I got the approval notice, I could not believe it.

 Then I checked the AVM and found it says " This cas has been approved on...."\

I do not exactly remember it, all EB2s being current now. But I think it is sometime in May 2000

 where did you do your FP(which was ahead of schedule)
 I am planning to do FP ahead of schedule at SFO.
 
FP before schedule date

I received FP in the last week, but scheduled for 11/29 in OAKLAND center. Can I appear before the scheduled date and how long I have to wait to do my FP and whatelse I should be carrying.....

after all you have nothing to loose.
the supervisor is an Indian.
Try to please him, give him some real reasons
I tried two times, second time it worked and I saved about a month
 
Just get there with notices

You mean, just get there with FP notice and all other documents and request whether I can complete FP or should I be standing in the line for hours to do FP...., please clarify

 have you checked your FP status at FBI before you got 485 approval?
