My green card & H1 are getting processed simultaneously

Hi

My green card is approved last month as I am married to US citizen. Before filing for green card, my H1B is filed by my employer and it is approved and now stamping is due in 2 weeks time. Will my GC approval affect H1B stamping? will they ( consulate) reject my H1B as my GC is approved now. How much time it will take to process GC after approval? Please answer .....
 
If your GC is approved, you cannot get an H-1B visa. Why are you still pursuing the H-1B visa?
