My Friend's RD:11/20/01 APPROVED/STAMPED

I just spoke to my friend in Baltimore, MD. His RD is Nov 20, 2001. Got approval notice on 02/14/03 and got stamped also. He does not participate in any of immi forums.

baltimire cases are inherently lucky as all if not all were transferred to local ins.

Most possibly all appr cases people are looging are balt. transfer cases.

Can i move to baltimore

His case didnot go to the Local INS...

His 485 got approved from VSC directly. He did not have any RFE or interview. His case was straight away approved and got stamped.
I dont think it doesnot matter if you move to Baltimore now. You should have done it when they were transferring a lot of cases last year. Now its the same whether you are in Baltimore, MD or any area under VSC.
