My Friend\'s Case APPROVED on 06/04/2002 RD JULY 13th

Just now we checked the AVM message and it says case has been approved on June 4th and approval notice has bee mailed.

RD : 07/13/2001
ND : 08/27/2001
EAC-01-256-5XXXX
FP : 03/29/2002
FP received on 04/03/2002.

Until yesterday the message says Finger Print Received on April 3rd and case has been resumed.

He called IIO 15 days back and the IIO said the cas has not been assigned to an officer. But he asked why my case not assgned to officer eventhough the processing date is August 1st. Then he said it is because of the FP delay and She assigned the case to officer immediately. To we heard the Approval news.......
 
Which state? My dates are closer to your friend.

When I talked to IIO, she said it\'s not assigned and I should apply for EAD extension. It will be assigned in 1 to 1.5 months. I guess your friend is lucky and got a good IIO. CONGRATS to ur friend
