My FP complete, INS requests another?

Hi there,

My FP and Biomtrics were completed on Apr 17. However, in mid-May I received another notice for FP. This one looks different and doesn't have a number on. It does have my A# and then instructs me to go to INS ASC for fingerprints.

Did anyone else have to go for fingerprints twice for DV?

I've called the FBI, and my prints were sent to INS on Apr 17. I also received an interview notice for Jun 05, two days after getting the second FP request.
 
Usually, there are 2 FPs required unless you have done it at the same time.
One for background check, another for Greencard.
 
Thanks for the info! I was concerned as I was out of town and missed the one week period for the second set of FPs. However, looks like I can go any Wednesday within 84 days to an ASC, so I will try this coming week.
