my fingerprint expired

I called TSC to check status. They said that my finger print is expired for 485.

Should i go directly to finger print center for finger print or wait for finger print letter?

i am in the same boat...fp expired as per 15 month validity for FP.
i know one case where fp expired and still they got approval ???
wonder why dont they automate the process to send FP notice???
 
They will need to send a bio-metrics form for finger printing.
You should have been proactive and made an infopass on 07/25/06 and requested fingerprinting notice through infopass. You will now have unecessary delay unless your PD is not current. Are you from ROW?

i did took infopass and told IO that our FP has been expired...but she told if they will need FP again they will send FP notice....

what is the next step now...
 
me too stuck with FP

I am in the same boat. FP expired on 5/15.
All else is cleared as per infopass but they cannot issue FP notice. Said wait for FP.
Called my lawyer..he also says wait for FP notice. Nothing can be done.
Have started a case status inquiry.
Do not know what else to do???
Any suggestions anyone. Should we write to ombudsman before the case status inquiry results?
 
Me too in the same boat.. and I did go to infopass ( infact twice ) and requested for fingerprint notice, but I was told that my case is in TSC and only TSC can issue a FP notice.

Now it's a blank wait. Have no idea when wil they send it. I've opened a Service Request, hopefullly that'll trigger something.

me too in the same boat. We should check with local finger center if they can accept without notice.
