Why did Attorney went to Jail? Who handled your case after that?
Why was their intent to revoke 140?

I tell you if I can get approved everybody will get approved ....It is just the INS delays. After all this is United States.

I came to this country in 1997.

Got my labor approved in 1999.

I-140 got approved in Feb 2000.

Could not file 485 since India was not current.

Filed I-485 in Sept 2001.

Finger printed in Feb 2002

Got RFE for employment Sept 2002
Replied in Oct 2002

Attorney went to Jail in December 2002

Intent to revoke I-140 in April 2003

I-140 Re-Approved May 2003

2nd Finger printing July 2003

Approval OCt 1st 2003
